At CAMOS, a fermented Italian restaurant in Kyoto

Today, I visited an Italian restaurant that has been using our Uji tea for a long time.
I arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 p.m., but there were many customers.
Everyone was enjoying the conversation after dinner.

This is the chef’s recommended pasta set, “blue crab in tomato cream sauce.

At Camos, the lunch and dinner menus include a set of Uji tea.

 

 

 

When I asked the staff about the reputation of the Uji tea, they said that customers often say, “It smells so good! When I asked the shop staff about the reputation of Uji tea, they said, “The aroma is great!

The tea is served straight in a cup that looks like a teacup without a handle.


You can add milk or lemon if you like, but most of the customers enjoyed it straight.

This store reopened in February of this year and has been full since its opening.
